The Process
Getting Started
We begin with a thorough evaluation of your production: its format, scale, timeline, scale, timeline and planned Cyprus expenditure. This allows us to confirm eligibility for the cash rebate scheme and give you a clear picture of the financial return you can expect before any commitment is made.
Before You Shoot
Once eligibility is confirmed, we submit your application to the Cyprus Film Commission for formal pre-approval, securing your rebate entitlement before a single camera rolls. In parallel, we begin assembling your full production infrastructure: locations, crew, permits, logistics and technical requirements.
On the Ground
During the shoot, our team is fully embedded in your production. We manage day-to-day operations, coordinate local crew and suppliers, and meticulously track all qualifying expenditure, ensuring every eligible cost is documented correctly from day one. Nothing is left to the audit phase.
After You Wrap
When filming concludes, we manage the full post-production financial process: compiling all documentation, coordinating the certified audit of your Cyprus spend, and submitting the final rebate claim. The rebate is then processed and paid directly to your production company.
